This beautifully restored old fisherman’s croft sits right in the heart of the charming village of Newton, with only a quiet single-track road between the front door and the shores of Loch Fyne. Step outside to the large front deck that sits directly above the beach – the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, enjoy a glass of wine, or simply take in the breathtaking views across the loch.

Inside, the cottage sleeps up to four guests, with one double and one twin bedroom. There’s a bright, spacious kitchen for leisurely meals, a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, and a full bathroom with both bath and shower.

Dog-friendly, there is a small enclosed back garden,  Mid Village Croft offers a true taste of coastal village life – the ideal place to unwind, reconnect, and breathe in the sea air.

Easy access to ferry ports for day trips to the Isle of Bute and Gigha and just over an hour from Oban for ferry day trips to Mull, Iona and beyond.
