We loved our stay in this beautiful wee house in a tiny lochside hamlet. The house is set a little back from Loch Fyne with the large windows offering good views onto the loch and the hills behind – excellent for drinks at sunset. A short walk down to the public jetty at the end of which there is a picnic table, and a ladder to climb out at the end if itβs warm and calm enough to swim in the loch. Pre-arrival instructions and recommendations were excellent, with good local restaurant choices and instructions for getting food for the house. Queries were very quickly answered. Check-in by key-box was straightforward. The house was squeaky clean and delightfully-decorated and furnished. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we were pleased to find the washing machine is actually a combined washer-dryer – which those who are coming for hill-walking might be grateful for if they get soaked and muddy! The bedding was very cosy and comfortable. We certainly recommend!
